MICRO Announced as SXSW 2019 Place by Design Winner
MICRO wins first place at the 2019 SXSW Place by Design Competition!
Place by Design is SXSW’s public space design competition, celebrating transformative work at the intersection of art, technology, and design that rethinks how we use and interact with our shared spaces. The 2019 Finalists included HARM TO TABLE, Creek Show, Play Pod™, and Pocket Patios.
The judges for the 2019 competition were Rosa Sheng, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, Principal and Director of Equity Diversity Inclusion at SmithGroup, Bronlynn Thurman, Program Associate, John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, and Jori Bennett, Executive Director, ArtPrize.
