Accessibility - SXSW has features put in place to ensure accessibility for SXSW attendees across our conferences and festivals.An Accessibility Designated SXSW Badge will provide badgeholders access to reserved accessibility features such as designated seating, use of the accessibility shuttle, and the ability to request a Companion Wristband. More »

Appropriate Conduct - All attendees are expected to observe our Terms and Conditions in all conference and festival settings.

Drones - The use of drones (also known as UAVs or unmanned aerial vehicles) is prohibited at SXSW without expressed written permission from SXSW. More »

Festival Shuttles - Circulating shuttles (free to SXSW registrants) that run between Clubhouses, hotels and most SXSW Innovation and Film venues (and select Music venues). Shuttle schedules are released closer to the event, with live shuttle tracking available through the SXSW Go app. More »

First Aid - The first aid location will be staffed by an EMT who can assist you with minor health and medical problems. In a medical emergency, please call 911.

Getting Around Austin - Located in the heart of downtown Austin, SXSW events are easily accessible by foot, shuttle, Austin Capital Metro, or bicycle. More »

Internet & WiFi - Many SXSW venues have a complimentary limited wireless network accessible by attendees and clients.

Information Booths - Info Booths house computers that registrants can access to check schedules and programming, as well as SXSW representatives to respond to an assortment of questions pertaining to SXSW and Austin, maps, and host of other information. More »

Lost & Found - Misplace something important? We have a Lost and Found. Search before you go! Hyatt Place Meeting Room 2/3, 8am-5pm March 9-17, and 8am-2pm on March 18.
