Comedy on the Music Circuit
This 2007 panel convened indie musician Wurster (Superchunk, Bob Mould), humorists Cross, Galifinakis, and Earles, along with Tony Kiewel (Sub Pop Head of A&R) and Henry Owings (Chunklet Industries) to discuss the cross-pollination of touring comedians and underground bands, which included sharing concert dates and record labels as well as the influence of ‘80s music zines.
