Ride the SXSW Shuttle

With many street closures downtown, as well as heightened vehicle, scooter and foot traffic, we highly recommend considering all other options before deciding to drive.

Keep up with the SXSW Shuttle live tracker and catch a ride on the free circulating shuttle route that runs between the Austin Convention Center and most SXSW venues, ensuring you make it to your event on time.

Dress Comfortably

You'll be doing a lot of walking and standing, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Austin weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for a range of temperatures throughout the day.
