Company Profile
Bullet Cable will host the "Faster Than Bullet: SLUG DIY Challenge 2" at SXSW this year at the Music Gear Expo with co-host Eventide. Using plugs and cable provided, musicians will have the opportunity to make a "working" solderless custom cable and beat the fastest time of :28 seconds held by the company. The winner will be named, "The Faster Bullet", have their video featured on YouTube /bulletcablevids and on bulletcable.com, and will win over $439 in Bullet Cable SLUG Connectors and Bulk Cable. Those who take the challenge, but do not win the best time, will be entered into a daily drawing with a chance to win prizes including a 30’ Bullet Cable Coil.
Last year’s winner: Michael Trepagnier of Oklahoma City made a working cable in 22.3 seconds!

Bullet Cable, inspired by the trifecta interests (surf, skate, music) of designer, Ted McCann, had its simple origins in Downtown Los Angeles and is now used by musicians all around the world. Refusing to yield to “entry, better, best” labels, standards have been set to elevate Bullet Cable as a premium cable brand.
Musician support and users are as varied as the designs Bullet Cable offers. Mike Watt, Paul Gilbert, Brad Davis, Ben Mauro, Richie Sambora, Dave Catching, Lou Reed, Paul Ill, Raphael Saadiq, Yogi, Pennal Johnson, Juan Alderete, Michael Ward, and Jona Bechtolt. Online bloggers, The Tone King (TTK), Gearmanndude, and Fuzz Box Girl, have included Bullet Cable’s Coil as their cable of choice in their gear reviews. Bullet Cable has graced stages, taken its place in studio recording, and has shared the spotlight in film, videos, TV, and on a few album covers.
