"Burning Love" was created and written by Erica Oyama ("Childrens’ Hospital"), is directed by Ken Marino and features cast including Ken Marino, June Diane Raphael, Paul Scheer, Rob Huebel, Michael Cera, Adam Scott, Jerry O'Connell, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen, Nick Kroll, and other characters in their quest to find true love. Season 2 follows Julie (June Diane Raphael), who failed to capture Mark Orlando’s heart in Season 1 of "Burning Love", as she searches for love in a group of guys who are hopefully all there for the right reasons.

He says he is planning to meet and escape with the love of his life, Juniper, who is waiting for him in town. Skeptical but intrigued, Ellis and Neckbone agree to help him. It isn’t long until Mud’s visions come true and their small town is besieged by a beautiful girl with a line of bounty hunters in tow.
