Ravenna Woods - "Border Animals": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

With an excess of frenetic energy and penchant for well crafted, unconventional dark indie rock, Ravenna Woods has quickly become a favorite among Seattle concert-goers and music critics alike. Their 2010 full length ‘Demons and Lakes’ and subsequent follow up EP ‘Valley of the Headless Men’ earned them top KEXP album status 2 years in a row and a home at the well respected Chicago-based booking agency - Red Ryder Entertainment. They also garnered attention from the television network ABC, who have since hired Ravenna to write and record an original composition.

The Futures League - "MOJO BACK": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

The Futures League formed in March 2012 bringing together Jon Badfoot, Jack Rose, Scott Ruth and John Fontana. Their sound is somewhere between garage, punk, psychedelic and rockabilly, which feels like its been spun through 2" in tape and shot forward from the early 70's.

Their self-titled debut EP was released on 11/20/12 consisting of 5 songs that take you through the soundscape of The Futures League. At times its funky, at times its twangy, at times its fast and at times its mellow, but its always The Futures League.

The Boom Booms - "Delivered": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

The Boom Booms are a Vancouver-based six-piece indie band whose music is a mash-up of pop, hip hop, reggae, soul, and funk. Since their 2007 launch, The Boom Booms have built a loyal fanbase that stretches across generations. The video for their feel-good party anthem, “When the Night”, reached #6 on the Much More Music chart in 2008 and was optioned for an episode of 90210. “Delivered”, a surreal banjo ballad that conjures up images of a jungle river baptism, garnered an award for Best Roots Song at the Just Plain Folks Music Awards in Nashville.

Tesoro: SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

Tesoro has a unique sound that captivates even the most sophisticated Flamenco purists and enthusiasts. With rock, world, and jazz influences, Tesoro takes Flamenco Fusion to a new level.

Having performed live with groups like Del Castillo and Calexico, Tesoro has been fortunate to enjoy such memorable shows. Flamenco dancer Natalie Fernandez performs with the group and has performed with such acts as the Gipsy Kings and Esteban.

Hundred Visions - "Where Do I Sign": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

Hundred Visions is a two-guitar band from Austin, Texas. Sharing an affinity for glam rock and the SST catalog, they honed their spare approach to rock music in a hot garage in 2010, releasing their first EP Last Cab From Tunis the following year. They recently followed this up with their first LP, Permanent Basement.
