Redu, a purveyor of Bounce Music, grew up in the tough and famed Magnolia Housing Projects in New Orleans. If you haven't heard Bounce (I hadn't either until last year when a friend sent me a compilation and it instantly became a favorite genre in the hip hops category), peep this awesome craziness.

Radio Day Stage 2012
The third year for the SXSW Radio Day Stage is set to be the biggest yet! The 2013 Radio Day Stage presented by ASCAP is the place to grab a drink, connect to free wi-fi, relax and enjoy performances by showcasing artists in between sitting in on panels and workshops. Located on the fourth floor of the Austin Convention Center in Ballroom D, registrants will be able to catch a few extra quality performances from artists that they might miss during packed nights of show-hopping including Vampire Weekend, Bajofondo, Jake Bugg, Lissie, Divine Fits and more. We're proud to have ASCAP as the Radio Day Stage sponsor, and we are partnering with the following radio stations to broadcast and assist in curating the showcases: KCRW, KUTX, WFUV, KCSN, WXPN, KXT, Radionica, The Current, and our very own SXSWfm.
Acts include Vampire Weekend, Bajofondo, Jake Bugg, Lissie, Divine Fits, Dawes and more
