"What is your secret sauce?" is a question that often stumps startups as they try to clearly and briefly explain what separates them from their competitors. Fortunately for many of the 18 companies pitching in the final round at the fifth annual SXSW Accelerator, the answers were succinct and compelling.
SXSW Cares! by Hugh MacLeodTechnology serves as the prevailing language of conversation for most of SXSW Interactive. The specific project that SXSW-related donations will benefit within AFH is Rebuild One Block which seeks to revitalize a New York neighborhood that was initially devastated by 9/11, then suffered more significant damage during Hurricane Sandy. The Frye Company is back for the 3rd year with FRYEDAYS! Friday, March 15 at Buffalo Billiards. Killer lineup from 8pm – 2am: Jamie N Commons, The Last Bison, Gold Fields, Rhye, MØ, and Asher Roth with DJ sets by Mayer Hawthorne in-between. This will be the exclusive official SXSW night show for the much anticipated and highly secretive Rhye, who are at SXSW in support of their debut album Mother. Rhye joins the rest of the line up of must sees and buzzing names for a night not to be missed.

2013 SXSW Showcasing Band, Divine Fits
The mind meld of Britt Daniel (frontman of Spoon) and Dan Boeckner (Wolf Parade and The Handsome Furs), dubbed Divine Fits, has become one of the most promising collaborations to emerge in a long time. Both of these musicians have separately grown to be regarded as two of the most talented songwriters in the indie world and now the product of their combined talents has manifested in their debut album A Thing Called Divine Fits.
