David Gordon Green first gained critical attention for his debut feature George Washington (2000), and has gone on to further acclaim for films like All The Real Girls (2003) and Undertow (2004). More recently, he directed Danny McBride, Jody Hill and Ben Best's the cult show Eastbound & Down for HBO, and the hilarious stoner comedy Pineapple Express (2008). In this March 13th film panel, Jan Fernandez of The Hollywood Reporter talks to Gordon Green about short films and aspiring directors.
