As the 2010 SXSW Interactive comes to a close, we’d like to take a moment to remember someone who was taken from our community before his time. In 2000, Brad Graham first attended the SXSW festival as one of the first bloggers of his time. Not only did he share his experiences with a large online community, but also took the time to reach out and make real human connections. His spirit truly embodied everything that SXSW tries to achieve every year. Anil, thank you for writing such a moving piece, and helping remind us all that while the community is vast, it is also a community full of close-knit friendships and unconditional support.
