RIP Karen Schmeer
Sad news this weekend as it emerged that acclaimed and much loved documentary editor Karen Schmeer was killed in a New York car accident.
A longtime collaborator of Errol Morris, Karen also won the Documentary Film Editing Award at Sundance 2009 for her work on Greg Barker's Sergio, and in 2006 she was a juror for the SXSWclick short film contest.
