You’ve Got Your Badge… Have You Got Your Bed?

Now that you’ve registered for SXSW don’t miss out on the SXSW group rates at one of the fifty great Austin hotels through the SXSW Housing Desk. The most popular downtown properties are already selling out and more will fill up every day.

Booking your hotel is a simple two-step process:

First – browse the list of available hotels to find one that suits your needs. Clicking on a hotel name will open a detailed hotel amenities page describing the hotel category, distance from the Convention Center, internet service, food options, etc.

Second – once you’ve picked the perfect place go to your Shopping Cart and click the green button to book your hotel. It’s that easy! (If you don’t have access to the Shopping Cart that was used for your registration go to my.sxsw.com, select “edit my profile” and use the link to request a new reservation).

Even if you’re not completely sure about your travel dates, reservations can be changed without penalty up to the week of SXSW, (your housing confirmation will specify the exact change and cancel policy for your hotel), so it’s best to take care of your hotel needs now.

Don’t forget to look for the bus icon on the hotel list signifying a property on the R & R Hotel Shuttle providing 5 days of unlimited shuttle service for $40 or 9 days for $60.
