From it's humble beginnings at SXSW about seven years ago, as a game that never quite took off, Flickr has since evolved into a highly successful photo sharing website. SXSW's Kelly Willis talks with Kellan Elliott-McCrea about this year's Web Awards winner in the Classic category and some new aspects that promise to keep this popular destination fresh and innovative.
