In addition to our new International Day Stage in the convention center, the Music Conference will examine the music business from a global perspective. "[Asia's Seeping Influence Into Western Music](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/1566)" will explore the surge of Asian music finding new audiences here in the States. "[Wild About You](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/4015)" takes us on a historical musical tour of Australia, while "[UK 101: How to Break Your Band in the UK](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/4782)" doles out advice to musicians with hopes to get some attention from the Brits. Of particular note this year is the rising potential and cultural influence of Africa, with "[AfroBeats](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/7337)", "[The Promise Land: Can Africa Save The Music Biz?](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/1903)", and "[Digital Media/Music in Africa](http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/4697)" all exploring different aspects of its vast musical landscape and industry. These are just a taste of the many sessions yet to come. Be sure to [register for SXSW](http://sxsw.com/attend) to experience these and many more internationally-focused sessions in March!
