MIPBlog will feature key conference live blogging of sessions, including showrunners and directors Eli Roth (Hostel), David S Goyer (The Dark Knight Trilogy) and Howard Gordon (Homeland), as well as interviews with stars such as Gene Simmons (KISS) and actress Famke Janssen.
Those who were lucky enough to join us at the Austin Convention Center on Saturday morning were treated not only to a bloody mary breakfast, but an insightful interview with the group on everyone's must-see list at this year's fest, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. The red-hot duo played quite a few shows during SXSW, but this thoughtful chat with John Norris was the only chance to hear them discuss their newfound fame, lyrical identity, and explore what drives them and the intense connection to the fans that are propelling them ever upwards.
