The SXSW® Music and Media Conference is back for its 27th year. Our reputation as the biggest and most anticipated convergence of all things music is being kept alive by our continued effort to offer compelling daytime programming and stellar nighttime showcases.
Back for the third year, SXswag continues to eliminate thousands of pounds of waste by offering a digital version of the ubiquitous conference swag bag.
Available via SXsocial, anyone can access swag, although registrants can unlock extra items. Offers include custom business cards from moo.com and one year of web hosting for $10 from InMotion Hosting.
Every year SXSW festival goers gather ‘round inside Red River’s own Red Eyed Fly for a night of amazing acts from Spain. Sounds From Spain will bring forth a lineup of native favorites to nationally renowned talent. Acts include the Americana-flavored Tulsa, the fast-paced pop outfit Supersubmarina, Sevillian post-folk duo I Am Dive and indie-folk group Cuchillo. Special highlights also include Pájaro and SXSW first timers, Track Dogs. Join these artists Friday night, March 15.
SXSW Music considers you all our sweeties. And so this Valentine's Day, we decided to do something extra special for you. This Thursday, February 14, the Music Programming team will be holding a RedditAMA (Ask Me Anything). It's time to get personal with SXSW Music.
