SXSW Interview: Ann and Nancy Wilson - SXSW Music 2012 from SXSW on Vimeo.
Lead by Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart created classic rock staples such as "Crazy On You," "Magic Man," "Barracuda" and "Straight On". The sisters were among the first women who worked as writers, performers and leaders of a rock band. Heart proved their staying power in the MTV era, topping the charts through the 80s and 90s.
The band is still going strong, with the scheduled fall release of Fanatic, their 13th studio album and an upcoming autobiography. In March this year, SXSW Music attendees were treated to an interview with Ann and Nancy Wilson, where they sat down with NPR's Ann Powers to discuss their long and storied career. Check out the video clip above.
