SXSW 2014 Band: Hablan Por La Espalda

SXSW Music has always had an incredibly powerful international presence. On Wednesday, March 12th the best musical talent from Uruguay will come together for a showcase full of flavor and musical diversity.

The lineup features critically acclaimed acoustic blues singer-songwriter Señor Faraón, the worldly sounds of Rossana Taddei, and one-woman folk show Ana Prada.

Sounds from Uruguay promises plenty of energy, featuring acts like Hablan Por La Espalda, who incorporate local rhythms into their rock sound, as well as electro-acoustic pop artist Daniel Drexler, a great ambassador of Uruguayan music. Cuatro Pesos de Propina stands out for experimenting with concert space as well as their contagious sounds.

Join these acts at Speakeasy on March 12th starting at 8:00pm.
