The Austin band Residual Kid consisting of members Max Redman (12), Ben Redman (14), and Deven Ivy (14) have quickly made a name for themselves in the few years that they have been penetrating the local Austin music scene with their unbridled style of rock that pushes the envelope of inspiring and awe. A band of a combined age that equals the single age of most seasoned professionals in the scene, Residual Kid are setting the new standard for rock. It's heavy, it's grungy, it's punk, it's honest, and a whole lot of fun.

Inter Arma - "Sky Burial": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

Formed in 2006, Inter Arma is one of the most talked about heavy bands to come out of Richmond, VA . The group (consisting of T.J. Childers - Drums, Steven Russell - Guitars, Trey Dalton - Guitars, Mike Paparo - Vocals, Joe Kerkes - Bass) formed in 2006 and released their crushing debut full-length Sundown via Forcefield Records in 2010 to much critical acclaim. Combining a punk rock ethos with an esoteric blend of psychedelia, black metal, and doom/sludge, the quintet quickly developed a name for themselves in the underground through relentless touring and mesmerizing live performances.

Heidi Happy - "On The Hills": SXSW 2013 Shocasing Artist

The Swiss singer and multi instrumentalist HEIDI HAPPY started her career in 2006 with the album \"Back Together\" and was immediately embraced for her warm voice and her unique songwriting. Five years later, after hundreds of shows in Switzerland and abroad, collaborations with big names like Yello or Stephan Eicher, she peaked with her most ambitious work \"Hiding With The Wolves\" (2011), which she wrote and arranged for a whole symphonic orchestra and which entered the Swiss Album Charts at number 10.

Freedom Hawk - "Indian Summer": SXSW 2013 Showcasing Artist

Hailing from the barrier dunes of Virginia, this quartet blends heavy riffs, a rolling groove, and soulful guitar melodies to produce the sound that is Freedom Hawk. The origins of Freedom Hawk began in 2003 when friends Mark Cave (bass) and TR Morton (guitar; singer) were introduced to Lenny Hines (drums) through a mutual friend.
