Said to be one of the most powerful tropical storms ever, Typhoon Haiyan affected millions of people in the Philippines with casualties in the thousands and leaving hundreds of thousands of survivors without homes, food, and clean water. More than a week after the storm hit, rescue workers are continuing to work around the clock to provide assistance to survivors.
SXSW expresses our condolences to those affected by this tragedy and encourages any support our community can provide for humanitarian aid.
