Superego and Harmontown Join SXSW Comedy's Live Podcast Lineup

Written by Samantha Pitchel | March 4, 2014

Good news, podcast fans - SXSW Comedy has added TWO amazing live shows to our already stacked lineup!

Next week, join Paul F. Tompkins, Matt Gourley, Jeremy Carter, and Mark McConville when SoundCloud presents Superego, "a collection of improvised, character-based sketches presented through the loose psychological framework of analytical Pscience™." The beloved show, performed to sold-out crowds since 2008, records live at Esther's Follies at 4pm on Thursday, March 13.

We've also got a very special SXSW edition of Harmontown - part comedy, part fantasy, part straight-up chronicle of an epic D&D campaign, all from the minds of Dan Harmon and Jeff Bryan Davis - which will take place at 5pm on Saturday, March 8 in the Liberty Tavern Bar of the Hilton Hotel (seating will be limited, so we suggest getting there early - doors open at 3pm). After the live podcast recording, head to the Vimeo Theater in the ACC for the 9:30pm world premiere of Neil Berkeley's documentary Harmontown, which chronicles the show's recent cross-country tour.

SoundCloud Presents Superego and Harmontown will join our lineup of previously announced live podcasts, which includes improv4humans, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Smartest Man in the World, The Todd Barry Podcast, and You Made It Weird.
