"Catch a Chevy" is Back at SXSW 2013

SXSW is proud to announce that Chevrolet is back as a 2013 SXSW Super Sponsor!

For the past three years running, Chevrolet has brought a fleet of Cruze sedans and Equinox crossovers to provide continuous shuttle service throughout the duration of the festival. The “Catch a Chevy” program is a huge convenience to our registrants, providing upwards of 10,000 rides each year. Vehicles can be hailed just like a taxi, or caught at the designated “Catch a Chevy” stop at 4th & Trinity right outside of the Austin Convention Center. Once you catch a ride, they will take you anywhere you want to go in downtown Austin, and the best part; it is 100% free for SXSW badge and wristband holders.

Dotcom will be interviewed at SXSW via Skype in a convergent talk titled, Kim Dotcom Speaks! A Skype Panel, by WIRED Contributing Editor Charles Graeber at Dell Hall at the Long Center on Monday, March 11 at 3:30pm. Graeber, author of the upcoming book, The Good Nurse, spent several weeks with Dotcom and is currently writing a book about the man who has come to symbolize the issue of privacy, piracy, and our digital future.

The final recruiting round on Wednesday, March 13 will focus on creative design. In addition, the Analogue Anonymous meet up allows you to rediscover the charm of vintage media and see how nostalgic mediums have been revamped for the 21st century!
