Moving Beyond Simple Urban Transportation Fixes will explore the foundation of the idea behind Project 100, a new type of mobility company blending shared cars, drivers, bikes and more, with the goal of helping people be more connected to their city and one another. Founder and CEO of Project 100, Zach Ware, will discuss the foundation of the idea and why the Project 100 team believes the future of mobility is less about cars and more about solving problems. Ware will be joined by digital analyst, sociologist, and futurist, Brian Solis. As a Principal at Altimeter Group, a research firm focused on disruptive technology, Solis has studied and influenced the effects of emerging technology on business, marketing, and culture.

The SXSW V2V Meet Up will focus on new ideas about how startup communities from around the world can work together to bring entrepreneurial innovation to their cities. V2V Producer Christine Auten, V2V Lead Programmer Todd Hansen, and V2V Community Liaison Gabriel Shepherd will answer questions about SXSW's newest event in Las Vegas, and lead an in-depth discussion with attendees about tech, startup and business initiatives that have worked (or not worked) in their communities. Bring your community stories and ideas!
