PwC was "Always On" at SXSW 2014

PwC 'walked the talk' of digital engagement at SXSW Interactive 2014.

During SXSW, PwC demonstrated how to cut through the noise by delivering the types of services (and experiences) people needed, when and how they actually needed them.

PwC's presence at SXSW included connecting with select attendees through a Social Media Listening Center via the @PwCLive twitter handle. Based on the thousands of tweets received, PwC's Rapid Response Team was able to react quickly to the special needs and requests of conference attendees. Their responses included everything from delivering mobile chargers or umbrellas to providing bike-limos (pedicabs) free of charge to weary walkers.

For SXSW speakers, PwC created a first-of-its-kind experience: they transformed the Speaker Green Room into an "idea sanctuary" retreat and planning pit-stop -- a place to charge & recharge, hold quiet conversations, enjoy nourishing food and drink, relax in a massage chair, and tweet event selfies.

Just like they do every day for clients, they navigated the digital landscape to deliver what SXSW attendees needed most -- helping them achieve some peace of mind in the hustle and bustle of SXSW.

While PwC is anything but new to the interactive scene, they were in Austin to make a mark. They continue to serve clients in the spirit demonstrated at SXSW by providing the insight, perspective and solutions to make the path forward a little easier - www.pwc.com/us/customer-experience
