You may dunk your cookies in milk, twist and lick them or bite right into the chocolatey goodness. However you do it, this year at SXSW offers a new way to enjoy your favorite treat courtesy of a tricked-out high-tech vending machines that assemble the cookies in less than two minutes.

While edible swag seems to be one of the trending-est topics at SXSW this year, few have the same amount of expertise in this topic as Bonin Bough, the vice president of Global Media and Consumer Engagement at Mondelez International (as well as the co-author of the book “Perspectives on Social Media Marketing”). On Tuesday, March 11, listen to his insights on the future of food and connected packaging, plus learn more about how Mondelez is currently experimenting with 3D printing OREOs.

Attend “The World of 3D Printed Food” from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in Ballroom E in the Austin Convention Center to learn about tomorrow’s food today. As always at SXSW Interactive, be sure to bring an appetite for knowledge and a thirst for creative thinking.
