2014 SXSW Interactive Awards: People’s Choice Voting Open Until End of Day March 2

Your vote is needed for the 2014 SXSW Interactive Awards

The event goes by the name SXSW Interactive — so we believe strongly in the power of interactivity.

Case in point is the SXSW Interactive Awards presented by INNOCEAN. While most of the honors for this prestigious competition are decided by the panel of Interactive Awards judges, one notable exception to this rule is the People's Choice Award. This honor is given to the most popular category finalist in the Interactive Awards competition.

For 2014, the online public's voting in the weeks leading up to SXSW will narrow the field down to five finalists. The winner will be voted on live while-it-happens at the SXSW Interactive Awards Ceremony, which takes place Tuesday, March 11 during the SXSW Interactive Festival.

Each person can only vote in the People’s Choice Award voting period once. Voting for the People’s Choice Awards ends at 11:59 pm central time on Sunday, March 2. To attend the Interactive Awards Ceremony, which will be hosted by Nerdist News’ Jessica Chobot this year, you need a SXSW Interactive, Gold or Platinum badge, so register today.
