NEW for SXSW INTERACTIVE & FILM 2010 – Hotel shuttle service during Interactive and Film dates to seven hotels outside downtown – see list below!

IMPROVED for SXSW MUSIC 2010 – Hotel shuttle service during Music dates for 35 hotels outside downtown will be available ALL day and ALMOST ALL night (8:30 am to 3:00 am) and will run approximately every 30 minutes.*

SXSW and R&R Limousine & Bus are offering SXSW attendees a pay-to-ride shuttle service to most SXSW hotels outside downtown to help attendees get to the Convention Center for the conference and trade show activities during the day and back to their hotel after conference hours, film screenings, late parties, and late night showcases during the music festival.

If you’re staying at a hotel outside downtown we recommend you buy the unlimited shuttle pass online at the R&R website for just $40 per person for 5 days (March 12-16 for Interactive/Film or March 16-20 for Music) or $60 per person for all of SXSW 2010.

When you arrive, pick up your shuttle pass from the driver on the first shuttle you board. All you will need is your ID.

Hotel shuttles will pick up and drop off at Convention Center on Trinity St. side. Hotels will have designated pickup and drop-off points.

R&R Limousine & Bus is the official chauffeured vehicle company of SXSW 2010.
