Welcome to the final What's Happening for SXSW 2013! This year's festival was a one-way ticket to Bananatown, no? If you're a local or still in town we hope you'll join us tonight for a final evening of good times at The Jr.

Welcome to the nearly final edition of What's Happening! I'll have one for whoever's left in this town tomorrow afternoon. Thanks so much for coming to ye olde SXSW and we hope you've had a perfectly nice time in our little town.

On Thursday morning of this year's SXSW Music and Media Conference we paid tribute to our friend and colleague, Creative Director Brent Grulke, who passed away last August. It was a lovely celebration, thanks in part to Alan Berg and our pals at Arts + Labor, who produced this video that aired before Dave Grohl's keynote.
