In addition to an incredible lineup of SXsports conference sessions, with the Feature Film announcement last week we can finally talk about the fantastic storytelling element as well. There are five feature films hand-picked for inclusion in SXsports:

Selected due to their diverse and unique illustrations of sports these films tackle the myriad of ways sports an competition impact people’s lives. Both narratives and documentaries are represented all giving singular looks at competition and family, dancing, boxing, baseball, and the even competitive jigsaw puzzling. And don’t forget about the The Reel Score: Storytelling Through Sports session, moderated by prolific producer Mike Tollin of Mandalay Sports Media, which will look at the unique storytelling aspects that sports lends to the people behind the camera.

In true SXSW fashion these films, along with all of the sports sessions, harness the Convergent nature of SXsports, which is why all SXsports films are open not only to Film attendees but also Interactive registrants. Remember - the only way to experience all the content that SXsports has to offer is through a Film, Interactive, Gold or Platinum Badge, so register today.
