Party With ff Venture Capital’s Startups At ff MASSIVE

ff MASSIVE is back at SXSW Interactive! This year, ff Venture Capital and their portfolio companies will be taking over Empire Control Room and Garage (7th and Red River) for a weekend of fun, games, food, drinks and merriment.

Stop by the Empire Garage on Saturday March 8 and Sunday March 9 from 1pm to 5pm to hang out, network, and meet the founders and senior teams of ffVC’s startups. Enterprise-focused companies will be highlighted on Saturday, and Consumer-facing startups will be featured on Sunday. Both afternoons will also contain topic-specific discourse and discussions, snacks, beverages, and plenty of entertainment.

For example, ffVC portfolio company Distil is bringing life-sized Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots. anyone can fight with their friends, or watch venture capitalists and tech journalists fight each other.

For those who want something a bit more relaxing, InteraXon, also a ffVC portfolio company, is unveiling the Muse Chill Challenge, so ff MASSIVE guests can see what it takes to calm their minds, with a little help from the Muse headband.

ff MASSIVE will continue into the PM with live music, DJs, and cocktails, kicking off each night at 9 pm. Friday features Robert Delong and The Octopus Project. Saturday will be all about rock ‘n’ roll, with Vintage Trouble, local Austin rockers The Eastern Sea and Walker Lukens and the Side Arms. Sunday night will turn into an epic DJ dance party with IHC, featuring sets from Jay-Z producer Just Blaze as well as AraabMuzik.
