South by Southwest has organized a welcome dinner for SXSW Music & Platinum registrants on Wednesday, March 18. This will be a four-course dinner (with a complimentary glass of wine and cash bar) at the Four Seasons. Dress is casual.
We invite you to sign up now for this dinner to help ease your way into the SXSW madness. Whether this is your first year at SXSW or your 23nd, the Welcome Dinner provides a unique opportunity to begin networking on the first night of the music festival.
Advance registration and payment is required and can be made when you register at sxsw.com. Only registrants (and Trade Show stand workers) can attend. Registrants may buy one guest ticket. Deadline is Friday March 11! Attendance will be limited subject to capacity. (Your name will be on an attendee list at the Four Seasons Ballroom on Wednesday evening.)
The cost is $90 per person and you can choose from four entrees (see the menu below). (A cash bar will be available.)
